Welcome to ThemeRouter. By purchasing, installing, or using our plugin and website (themerouter.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. License

  • Purchasing ThemeRouter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of websites specified in your plan (single-site, multisite, or lifetime).
  • Licenses are issued and managed through Freemius, our payment and licensing partner.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin without our written permission.

2. Payments and Renewals

  • Payments are securely processed by Freemius.
  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Annual licenses automatically renew each year at a 20% discounted renewal rate, unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius User Dashboard.

3. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 14-day, 100% refund guarantee on new purchases of annual licenses.
  • Refunds are not available for:
    • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
    • Renewals (reminder emails are sent before each renewal).
    • Lifetime licenses (we recommend trying an annual license before upgrading to lifetime).

4. Support and Updates

  • Active license holders are entitled to plugin updates and support during the license period.
  • Support covers bug fixes, installation guidance, and resolving compatibility issues related to ThemeRouter.
  • Support does not cover custom development, third-party conflicts we cannot resolve, or general WordPress training.

5. Intellectual Property

  • ThemeRouter, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of ThemeRouter and Mehul Gohil.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the plugin’s code outside the scope of your license.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ThemeRouter is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages, data loss, downtime, or business interruption resulting from the use or misuse of the plugin.
  • Our liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

7. Third-Party Services

ThemeRouter integrates with and relies on third-party services:

  • Freemius (payment processing, licensing, subscriptions).
  • Plausible Analytics and Jetpack Stats (for website usage tracking). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you:

  • Breach these Terms and Conditions.
  • Misuse the plugin (e.g., redistribution, piracy, or fraudulent activity).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the plugin after changes indicates acceptance.
